This Folly Beach family session was so a joy to capture. We had so much fun playing in the sand and running around in the waves. We also had the most dreamy light during this Charleston summer night.

The beach is definitely my happy place and it’s always a joy when I get to photograph families enjoying it as well. Every year, families vacation to Charleston and many choose to stay at Folly Beach. I love when I get to photograph families while they vacation in Charleston and this session was extra special!

This sweet couple had honeymooned at Folly Beach five years ago and were coming back to visit with their adorable toddler. They fell in love with Folly Beach during their honeymoon and it was so fun to capture them share their love for Folly Beach with their little boy. Everyone was so happy dancing on the beach and playing in the waves. These photos showcase the love this little family has for each other and how much these parents adore their little boy! He was the star of the show and was loving every thing at the beach! We also had the best weather for our Folly Beach sunset session and the light was so perfect.
